Role Overview
Support the growth of the EHV product business in India as a Sales Specialist.
Focus on identifying, reviewing, negotiating, and closing key deals.
The role supports order input and contribution margin targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow the Power Transmission sales process in the India sub-region.
- Implement sales strategies and execute plans for order input and profitable growth.
- Address customer priorities related to schedule, price, competitive content, and commercial and technical applications.
- Support go-to-market and deal selectivity decisions.
- Record bid status, including win and loss outcomes.
- Comply with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Production Engineering.
- Zero to three years of experience; freshers may apply.
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute campaigns.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Team-oriented approach with strong peer-to-peer networking capabilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
