Role overview
Staff Technical Project Manager supporting the Enterprise Apps Digital Technology team.
The role owns DevOps projects and transformation programs in a matrixed technology environment.
The position collaborates with business leaders, functional leads, and technical team members.
Roles and responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of technical projects for internal and external customers.
- Define requirements with functional owners and coordinate technical delivery teams.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and align multiple DevOps teams.
- Coach teams to improve CI/CD integration, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Manage multiple projects and provide reporting and communication to leadership.
- Develop expertise in B2B processes such as Inquiry to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order, and Case to Resolution.
- Create and implement policies, standards, frameworks, and delivery best practices.
Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM major, or an MBA, is required.
- At least 5 years of technical project management experience is required.
