Who You Are
- You are proactive, hands-on, adaptable, customer-oriented, collaborative, and experienced.
- You have 10+ years of experience with Python and JavaScript.
- You have technical leadership experience architecting complex systems, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices.
- Open source contribution experience is a bonus.
What You Will Do
- Build across the SaaS product, data pipelines, AI agents, telemetry infrastructure, and evolving technology stack.
- Set technical direction and make high-impact architectural decisions.
- Help shape product direction and technology strategy rather than only executing tickets.
- Work with clients on pitches, feature design, and feedback collection.
- Define secure, robust, and scalable standards, mentor engineers, and help build a high-performing team.
