Role Overview

What Siena Is Looking For

• Candidates may come from product management, solutions engineering, implementation, technical account management, customer success engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or product operations.
• The role requires at least three years of relevant experience and experience with technical products and enterprise customers.
• Candidates should be comfortable with AI tools, complex systems, integrations, customer conversations, demos, documentation, and outcome measurement.

Technical Fluency

• Understand webhook systems, OAuth flows, and complex integrations.
• Use an AI-native workflow and tools such as Claude, Cursor, or v0.
• Maintain a builder mindset by shipping features, writing documentation, running demos, and measuring results.

Product Responsibilities

• Own AI-agent product areas from discovery through shipping and customer and internal enablement.
• Build agent capabilities that work across platforms.
• Design evaluation systems, QA suites, automated tests, and performance monitoring that improve agent quality.
• Automate platform onboarding and reduce manual implementation work with AI tools.
• Expand integrations by shipping support for new platforms and enterprise applications.
• Run launches from internal testing through early access and general availability.
• Demo products to customers and co-sell with sales.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, validate problems, scope features, and build prototypes.

Workplace

• The position is remote and supports a fully distributed global team.
