The Operations Associate will join the Dubai Operations team of a shared micromobility business.
The role supports fleet, warehouse, field, customer, and regional market operations.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai.
- This is a warehouse-based position requiring onsite presence during assigned business hours.
What You Will Do
- Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support staff responsible for shared electric vehicle deployment and retrieval.
- Support operations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and other assigned regional markets.
- Define processes and best practices that improve operational excellence in warehouses and markets.
- Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse supporting a fully operational vehicle fleet.
- Monitor profitability, revenue, and operational performance through KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and tools to manage operations across markets.
- Support complaint management, customer incident investigations, fleet management, and supply management.
- Maintain relationships with customers, regulators, city officials, employees, and management.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams on local initiatives and expansion opportunities.
About You
- At least 1 year of professional work experience is required.
- Operations experience and experience leading teams or groups are preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise with the Dubai region and ability to anticipate local operational challenges.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and make data-based, cost-focused decisions.
- Fluent verbal and written English and Arabic are required.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets is required; Python and SQL knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
