Role Overview
The partner company is seeking a Staff Data Scientist, Machine Learning based in India.
This hands-on role delivers ML, LLM, and AI-agent solutions that automate analytics workflows and improve business decision-making.
The role spans machine learning, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, generative AI, and MLOps.
Accountabilities
- Lead ML and AI initiatives from opportunity sizing and experimentation through deployment and business impact measurement.
- Design real-time anomaly detection models and scalable data-processing systems.
- Apply predictive and prescriptive modeling to churn, forecasting, pricing, marketing, segmentation, funnel, and acquisition problems.
- Develop AI agents and analytical workflows using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic layers, and orchestration frameworks.
- Analyze identity and security signals, including unusual logins, MFA behavior, authentication velocity, and historical activity deviations.
- Build real-time and asynchronous ML inference pipelines with validation, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Establish governance for model quality, LLM evaluation, observability, security, performance, and AI cost management.
- Communicate technical findings and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and align cross-functional priorities.
- Mentor data professionals and create reusable tools, frameworks, and practices.
