About the Role
Al-Ahli Club Company seeks a Stadium Merchandising Senior Specialist to execute retail and merchandising activities within stadium premises, ensuring a best-in-class fan shopping experience on matchdays and events.

Responsibilities
- Prepare stadium retail areas including pop ups/kiosks/booths selling points
- Coordinate product allocation with Retail Manager and Planning team
- Ensure correct assortment by location (family zones, VIP, general stands)
- Validate pricing, signage, and POS readiness
- Support VM implementation aligned with campaigns and match themes
- Oversee sales activities across all stadium retail touchpoints
- Ensure continuous stock replenishment and availability
- Manage queues, service flow, and customer experience
- Supervise temporary staff and ensure productivity
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues on site
- Track real time sales performance and highlight opportunities
- Consolidate sales data and operational feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, Sports Management, or related
- 3 5 years of experience in retail operations, stadium/event operations, or store management
- Experience in sports, events, or high footfall retail environments is highly preferred
- English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays

Job Overview
- The Stadium Merchandising Specialist is responsible for the execution of all retail and merchandising activities within stadium premises, ensuring a best in class fan shopping experience on matchdays and events.
