Content Senior Specialist
is responsible for developing, managing, and executing high-quality written content that supports Al Ahli Club Company’s brand, marketing, media, and fan engagement objectives.
The role focuses on creating compelling and impactful content across digital, social, commercial, and corporate communication channels while ensuring consistency in brand tone, messaging, and editorial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for marketing, digital platforms, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Develop engaging storytelling content that enhances fan engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure all content aligns with the club’s brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms including Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, media, and creative teams to develop compelling content ideas.
- Adapt content for different platforms, including websites, social media, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Manage content calendars and meet deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
- Review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement insights and industry trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve content quality and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in media, journalism, or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in copywriting, content and media.
- Experience within sports, entertainment, media, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries is preferred.
- Proven experience managing multilingual content across digital and traditional communication channels.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging media content.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of content management systems, media monitoring tools, and digital platforms.
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and communication strategies.
