The position has four vacancies and is listed as full time in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description
- Deliver professional, personalized table service while maintaining premium restaurant and fine-dining service standards.
- Take orders, explain menu items, recommend dishes and beverages, and maximize revenue through effective upselling.
- Manage assigned sections independently while coordinating with runners, junior waiters, kitchen, bar, and restaurant management.
- Build strong guest relationships, handle VIPs and special requests, and resolve service issues professionally.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through polished and attentive service.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of four years of experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress, preferably in premium or fine-dining restaurants.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
- Have strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, including sequence of service, menu presentation, table service, and upselling.
- Be polished, confident, guest-focused, and able to manage sections independently.
- Have strong VIP guest-handling skills.
