Role Summary
The Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack develops and delivers features for internal applications used by Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams.
The role works independently, contributes across teams, and participates in design discussions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement backend and frontend software using existing frameworks.
- Develop features for internal Treasury, Finance, and Tax applications.
- Improve application performance through code and architecture enhancements.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship features.
- Write maintainable code and troubleshoot application issues.
- Stay current with web development practices, including AI-assisted coding.
- Own assigned tasks, meet commitments, mentor team members, and help resolve goal misalignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and React.
- Strong Java knowledge plus JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD experience.
