Lowe's India
Lowe's India is the company's Bengaluru Global Capability Center supporting technology, business, analytics, and shared services strategy.
The center works across omnichannel retail, AI and machine learning, enterprise architecture, supply chain, and customer experience.
Leadership and delivery
- Lead and develop engineering teams, manage performance, and foster an inclusive environment.
- Manage design, build, and maintenance of technology products and services.
- Establish engineering practices, conduct code reviews, and resolve code- and platform-level defects.
- Use DevOps and observability tools to deliver, monitor, and improve products.
- Align scrum plans with team capacity and improve velocity and reduce sprint spillover.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, product teams, budgets, schedules, and resource forecasts.
- Lead technology solution development through company methodologies, policies, standards, controls, and operationalization.
Fraud-control engineering
- Design microservice solutions with event- and data-driven API integrations.
- Resolve escalated issues in integrated enterprise application solutions.
- Support secure, scalable services for real-time authorization, fraud scoring, case management, and downstream risk workflows.
- Partner with product teams to inform priorities across applications and services.
Experience and education
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in software development or a related field is required.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience may apply.
Technical qualifications
- Strong depth in credit-card payment flows, fraud controls, real-time decisioning, and merchant, e-commerce, mobile, and digital-wallet integrations.
- Experience with transaction, customer, device, and fraud-signal data platforms, machine learning delivery, model serving, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, retention, access controls, auditability, and payment-data regulations.
- Experience leading secure APIs, event-driven services, reliability, observability, incident response, and performance testing.
- People leadership experience across hiring, coaching, performance management, and development of engineering and technical leads.
