The Analyst, FP&A, Supply Chain supports business performance monitoring, reporting, financial analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, report, and analyze business performance and KPIs.
- Prepare accurate executive-level reports and presentation decks.
- Gather, collate, and analyze data while preparing and automating reports.
- Support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables.
- Develop and maintain scorecards with functional partners.
- Provide performance insights and enable informed business decisions.
- Develop scenarios to analyze the sensitivity of assumptions.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and broader business problems.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or a postgraduate Finance qualification with a B.E., B.Tech, or software engineering background.
- One to three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, consulting, or projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with basic Python knowledge.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Macros, VBA, and other automation techniques.
- Strong data collection, collation, and cleansing skills using advanced coding abilities.
- Strong independent ownership and drive to complete projects and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills for managing upward, peers, and offshore teams.
- Ability to translate finance terminology into business language and vice versa.
Preferred and Technical Skills
- Automation experience leveraging multiple data sources is preferred.
- Financial acumen is preferred.
- Experience with performance analysis, scorecards, scenario development, and report automation supports the role.
