Role Overview

Work Arrangement

• The role is based from one of the company's hubs using a flexible hybrid working system.

Core Responsibilities

• Issue and consolidate drawing lists with work-package submission dates.
• Manage technical interfaces and delivery times with partners, customers, and third-party contractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality design and partner documents.
• Support project engineering management, change management, quality compliance, and governance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Analyze customer requirements and manage technical queries, compliance, and potential changes.
• Manage project documentation return statuses.
• Prepare or review technical specifications and supplier documents.
• Lead supplier technical coordination from requirements definition through commissioning and as-built completion.
• Support vendor selection and technical scope definition with sourcing and purchasing.
• Manage the Bill of Quantities and track tender deviations and project changes.

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Hands-on experience managing equipment manufacturers and supplier engineering activities in an EPC environment for high-voltage transmission projects.
• Experience in project technical management within multidisciplinary, international teams with multiple interfaces.

Desired Characteristics

• Knowledge of the transmission or distribution industry is essential.
• Knowledge of HV/LV components and systems in HV transmission projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of HVDC systems, FACTS, or renewable energy systems is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Flexibility to prioritize work according to overall project needs.
