- Responsible for providing high level advice on strategic planning and business opportunities
- Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of sales plan
- Developing market strategy to enhance business
- Identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and alliances
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers
- Responsible for overall business and resource management
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development
- Lead the sales team and oversee its functions, resources and outputs
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of computerized business and operating systems
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

- Skills in examining and re engineering sales operations and procedures
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop integrated solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership
- Experience in interacting and follow ups with corporate sales
- Hard core experience in service industry sales & target oriented environment
