About the Role

- Develop and coordinate sales analysis presentations
- Assist Product Marketing Manager in monitoring competitive activity and trends
- Identify risk areas in sales plan and propose corrective action
- Manage order submissions monthly as per forecast
- Track weekly events results and ROI with trade marketing team
- Update store closures and create forms for new store openings
- Regularly visit the UAE market
- Monthly update JBP projects with key retailers and track sales performance
- Assist in monthly reporting and quarterly reviews
- Verify monthly BI package with Product Marketing Manager
- Compile monthly NS estimate for review
- Assist in preparation of annual sales forecast
Requirements
- Knowledge of sales practices and principles
- Knowledge of computer applications Excel, Outlook etc.
- Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry
- Knowledge of retail operations management
- Experience in a sales function in a global business
- Ideally experience of SAP

Job Summary
- Develops and coordinate sales analysis presentations and ensures adequate sales service for all accounts.
- Assists Product Marketing Manager in timely delivery of sales analysis to impact forecasting and opportunities for growth.
Managing Sales Analysis
- Assists Product Marketing Manager in monitoring competitive activity and trends
- Assists in understanding market dynamics, opportunities for growth, forecasting inline assortment
- Identify risk areas in sales plan and proposes corrective action
- Identifies opportunities and risks of new and existing products
- Monthly order submissions – input from Product Marketing Manager
- Manage order submissions (basic) every month as per forecast
- Tracks weekly events results & ROI by working closely with trade marketing team
- Update the store closures and create forms for new store openings
- Regularly visits the UAE market
- Monthly update JBP projects with key retailers and track sales performance
- Assist the Product Marketing Manager on monthly reporting and quarterly reviews
Financial Management & Compliance
- Verifies monthly BI package along with the Product Marketing Manager
- Participates monthly in the finance estimate meeting
- Compiles monthly NS estimate for review
- Assists on preparation of annual sales forecast
- Track and evaluate yearly/monthly retail and unit sales targets
- Assists the Brand Manager on budget planning
- Ensures efficient administration of sales activities
- Maintains systematic filing of correspondence
- Does inventory classification on quarterly basis
- Inventory collection from distributors
- Manages stock returns from distributors
- Monitors and controls selling expenses/claims in line with budget
Forecasting
- Monthly updates regarding inventory status of key markets
- Manages stock returns from distributor return paperwork
- Participates in monthly SIOP meetings
- Reviews inline forecasts with Marketing & Brand Manager
- Participates in monthly forecast and demand planning meeting reviews
- Ensures markets update Sales & Demand file and share with Sale Manager
Customer Relations/Consumer Market Analyze
- Maintains contact with new and existing customers
- Responds to sales inquiries from new and existing customers
- Attends to all meeting request when required
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Seeks out consumer feedback, market knowledge competitor information
- Ensures effective internal communication within Education, Marketing team and Customer Support
- Plans store visits – minimum once per month
- Coordinates retailer and distributor sales meeting twice per year
