The position is within the Total Facilities Management team in Dubai.
Role Scope
The Specialized Engineer supports the Energy & Sustainability Manager with sustainability and energy initiatives.
The role covers research, analysis, energy audits, utility monitoring, efficiency projects, regulatory compliance, and sustainability standards.
The role is HQ-based and may require irregular working hours and occasional visits to remote locations.
Financial and Customer Responsibilities
- Implement energy, water, and sustainability initiatives to achieve cost savings.
- Analyze energy conservation measures, including ROI, payback periods, and life-cycle costs.
- Track project savings, validate utility bills, support budgets and capital expenditure proposals, and evaluate equipment.
- Serve as a technical client contact and present energy, sustainability, ESG, and utility reports.
- Conduct site assessments, energy audits, and sustainability reviews and coordinate improvement projects.
