Role Overview
The Account Manager - Aviation Partner Solutions role is based in Dubai and supports the Aviation team.
The role retains and grows client contract revenue, develops partnerships, manages service delivery, and coordinates internal and client stakeholders.
Scope and Financial Responsibilities
- Maintain, retain, enhance, and grow revenue across the client contract and develop strategic partnerships in aviation and related sectors.
- Act as the main point of contact for the operations team while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify new opportunities, understand contract commercial terms, and manage service delivery within contract boundaries.
- Prepare quarterly reports, monitor billable and non-billable staff, report contract variations, and manage billing, collections, SLAs, and KPIs.
Customer and Process Responsibilities
- Build client relationships through regular meetings, site visits, service reviews, issue resolution, and planning for future requirements.
- Ensure service delivery and staff schedules align with contract terms and client requirements.
- Monitor team processes and manage operations employees through meetings, site visits, performance support, training, and issue resolution.
- Plan staff mobilization according to agreed timescales with the client.
Innovation and Improvement
- Encourage continuous improvement and employee contributions while developing training, mentoring, and cross-team participation.
- Recommend process and procedure improvements, monitor absence and accident rates, and support corrective actions.
- Monitor staff performance and work schedule adherence.
Selection Criteria
- 5–7 years of experience within a similar industry.
- Bachelor's university degree in finance or a related field.
- Financial acumen is a plus; IATA or IOSH qualification is advantageous.
