Responsibilities
- Ensure micro mobility assets are deployed, recovered, and rotated in line with service schedules and demand
- Maintain oversight of service operations in real time and resolve disruptions
- Support operational introduction of new services, including bikes, scooters, or other micro mobility platforms
- Enforce safety protocols, route adherence, and equipment care across field operators
- Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Act as first point of support for operators, offering guidance and issue resolution
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and quality control for new team members
- Monitor and report on condition, availability, and performance of micromobility assets
- Support data collection and reporting to inform operational improvements
- Support guest facing services by resolving frontline issues and enhancing service experience
- Document incidents, escalate where necessary, and follow up on resolutions
Requirements
- Experience in micromobility operations or related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance
- Ability to support audits and incident investigations
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Purpose
- To support the daily delivery and operational excellence of micro mobility services within the organization's properties, with a focus on service performance, safety compliance, and asset management.
- This role ensures consistent frontline execution, provides on ground problem solving, and bridges communication between field teams, service managers, and control centers.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure micro mobility assets are deployed, recovered, and rotated in line with service schedules and demand.
- Maintain oversight of service operations in real time and act swiftly to resolve disruptions.
- Support the operational introduction of new services, including bikes, scooters, or other micro mobility platforms.
- Enforce safety protocols, route adherence, and equipment care across all field operators.
- Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations, escalating concerns as needed.
- Ensure operators are briefed, trained, and aligned with company safety expectations.
- Act as the first point of support for operators, offering guidance, issue resolution, and operational updates.
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and quality control for newly assigned team members.
- Foster strong relationships between the field team, management, and maintenance providers.
- Monitor and report on the condition, availability, and performance of all micromobility assets.
- Support data collection and reporting to inform operational improvements and asset utilization.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure assets are serviced, secured, and optimally used.
