Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural elements using Revit
- Ensure seamless integration with structural, MEP, and other design disciplines
- Develop accurate BIM models for modular fit out elements and facade systems
- Coordinate architectural BIM model with cross disciplinary teams and perform clash detection
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM model
- Work with modular fabrication teams to ensure design is translated into modular components
- Ensure BIM models meet quality standards, project specifications, and compliance with building codes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8 10 years of experience in BIM, specifically in architectural design and coordination within modular construction projects
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Knowledge of modular construction processes including prefabrication and assembly techniques
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles with expertise in fit out and facade systems
- Experience with clash detection tools and processes
- Saudi National (as per localization initiative)

Job Summary
- The BIM Engineer will support design, coordination, and delivery of modular construction projects focusing on architectural scope.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural elements using Revit software.
- Ensure seamless integration with structural, MEP, and other design disciplines.
- Develop accurate and detailed BIM models for modular fit out elements and facade systems.
- Coordinate architectural BIM model with cross disciplinary teams and perform clash detection.
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM model.
- Work closely with modular fabrication teams to ensure design is translated into modular components.
- Ensure all BIM models and documentation meet quality standards and compliance.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8 10 years of experience in BIM, specifically in architectural design and coordination within modular construction projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of modular construction processes including prefabrication and assembly techniques.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles with expertise in fit out and facade systems.
- Experience with clash detection tools and processes.
