Job Purpose

  • Supports the Creative Studio in managing content, assets, budget and production workflows to ensure smooth delivery of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Focuses on organizing digital assets, assisting with CMS, and supporting production coordination, ensuring materials are accessible, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries (DAM), ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and retrieval.
  • Support content uploads, updates, and publishing across CMS platforms.
  • Ensure assets are up to date, correctly formatted, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Track basic usage rights and flag expired or restricted content.
  • Support Production team in coordinating production related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist in preparing assets and files for production and vendor sharing.
  • Help track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across projects.
  • Provide basic coordination support between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in maintaining content workflows, ensuring smooth handovers between teams.
  • Support review and approval processes by organizing files, feedback, and versions.
  • Conduct basic checks to ensure content accuracy, formatting, and brand alignment.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to support campaign execution.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 4 5 years of experience in content, marketing, or creative environments.
  • Basic familiarity with CMS and/or digital asset management systems (DAM).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Basic understanding of content workflows and digital platforms.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow within the role.
