- Deliver spa treatments including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to established standards
- Welcome guests and conduct treatment consultations to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Ensure guest comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the treatment experience
- Promote and recommend spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after each service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to the Spa Supervisor
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
- Attend training sessions and continuously improve treatment skills and product knowledge
