About the Job
Yas Plaza Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef to join its team.
The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in maintaining standards aligned with hotel expectations.
The role supports efficient department operations, material and manpower optimization, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in establishing and maintaining standards.
- Ensure smooth operation of the department by optimizing materials and manpower.
- Contribute to revenue maximization and enhanced guest satisfaction.
About You
- 6 to 8 years of previous hospitality industry experience.
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is preferred.
