Role Overview
Lead the Core Workspaces team building systems for modern, agentic software development environments.
Shape technical direction across agent execution, integrations, developer workflows, and workspace capabilities.
Combine hands-on technical leadership with team development, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Accountabilities
- Lead, develop, and grow the software engineering team while setting priorities and technical direction.
- Contribute to architecture, implementation, and decisions involving agent execution, tool use, context, streaming, and long-running workflows.
- Improve reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and operational excellence across agentic systems.
- Coach engineers, support career development, provide mentorship, and raise technical execution standards.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, and other teams to build scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing and growing software engineering teams with high technical execution standards.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and backend systems in Go.
- Experience building systems involving LLMs and agentic workflows.
