Responsibilities
- Social media content creation and planning.
- Manage an effective social media strategy to support business objectives.
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms.
- Develop and implement the social media calendar for hotel and F&B accounts.
- Communicate with social media followers and respond to queries.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust social media strategies.
- Explore promotional opportunities: influencer collaborations, marketing collaborations, brand activations.
- Suggest initiatives for social media campaigns and activations.
- Plan and execute short and long term campaign goals.
- Liaise with operational departments for F&B, Rooms and Spa promotions.
- Conduct social media audits and suggest improvements.
