Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in the fit-out industry, specifically in villa renovation projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for villa renovation and fit-out projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and drawings
- Enforce health & safety regulations on-site
- Report progress, challenges, and updates to project managers
- Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in the fit-out industry, with a focus on villa renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic English communication skills required
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
