- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate service agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective delivery of hiring solutions
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the client base
- Maintain accurate sales records and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or HR consultancy is preferred
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Goal oriented, self driven, and able to perform in a target focused environment

Job Overview
