- Manage end to end Accounts Receivable activities
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments, account statements, and billing queries
- Resolve customer complaints and payment discrepancies professionally
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and perform timely reconciliations
- Process and update transactions in IRIS ERP System
- Ensure compliance with UAE FTA regulations, VAT requirements, and company policies
- Prepare AR aging reports, collection reports, and account reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth payment processing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Accounts Receivable
- Good knowledge of UAE FTA regulations and VAT compliance
- Hands on experience with IRIS ERP System preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client coordination and problem solving abilities

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Accounts Receivable, excellent communication skills, hands on experience with the IRIS ERP System, and a good understanding of UAE FTA regulations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and established procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Good knowledge of UAE FTA regulations and VAT compliance (Mandatory).
- Hands on experience with the IRIS ERP System is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and accounting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client coordination, follow up, and problem solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month
