- Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions of the organization
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, VAT requirements, and IFRS standards
- Manage audits, statutory reporting, and relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management practices
- Oversee treasury, investments, working capital, and funding requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence
- Support business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions through financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of overall finance experience
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in senior finance leadership positions
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS, corporate finance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and business analysis
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial operations and support long term business growth.

Requirements
