Role Overview

IMEP Engineering & Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely, correctly and on schedule.

The role covers Civil and MEP construction activities, workforce coordination, quality, safety and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Civil and MEP site activities and the workforce.
  • Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work follows approved drawings and instructions.
  • Monitor materials, tools and equipment at the site.
  • Maintain daily progress and manpower records.
  • Ensure proper workmanship and quality.
  • Coordinate with other trades to prevent clashes and delays.
  • Follow HSE requirements and maintain safe working practices.
  • Report site issues, delays and material requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Assist with inspections, testing, snagging and handover.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of UAE/GCC site experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and MEP site activities.
  • Ability to manage skilled workers and subcontractors.
  • Good understanding of drawings and construction sequences.
  • Strong leadership, discipline and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Pay starts from AED 4,500 per month.

Workplace

  • Work is performed in person.
