Role Overview
Supervise fabrication and installation of aluminium and glazing works.
Manage installers and helpers while coordinating site execution with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, shopfronts, and glazing works.
- Read shop and fabrication drawings and coordinate measurements, fabrication, and site installation.
- Ensure alignment, levels, dimensions, workmanship, quality, and HSE compliance.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, other trades, inspectors, and rectification teams.
- Monitor materials, hardware, glass, aluminium profiles, DGU/IGU, structural glazing, sealants, and accessories.
- Maintain daily manpower and progress records.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of UAE or GCC experience in aluminium and glass works.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and installation.
- Experience with curtain walls, shopfronts, doors and windows, DGU/IGU, and glazing systems.
- Ability to read shop and fabrication drawings.
- Strong manpower management and site coordination skills.
- Good discipline, leadership, and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
