Role Overview

Supervise, coordinate, and execute fit-out activities at project sites.

Ensure fit-out work complies with design, specifications, safety standards, agreed timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for fit-out works.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.
  • Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely execution.
  • Monitor progress and report milestones, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards and approved samples.
  • Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates.
  • Assist with technical and site-related problems, quantity verification, invoice checks, and cost control.
  • Deliver fit-out works on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in interior fit-out projects, including commercial, retail, or residential work.
  • Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and AutoCAD.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Five years of UAE experience is required.

Employment and Compensation

  • The position is full-time.
  • Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.

Workplace

  • The work location is in person at project sites.
