Role Overview
Lead civil, MEP, fit-out, renovation, design and build, PEB/steel, and turnkey projects in Dubai.
The role requires a minimum of 15 years of construction or project management experience and strong UAE/Dubai experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Control programme, cost, quality, HSE, and resources.
- Lead project engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage variations, delays, extensions of time, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct coordination meetings and drive testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of construction or project management experience.
- Strong Dubai/UAE experience and civil and MEP project knowledge.
- Proven turnkey or design and build experience.
- Strong client, subcontractor, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and project delivery experience.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 15,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
