Role Overview

Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control for civil, MEP, fit-out, renovation, design and build, and turnkey projects.

The role supports project delivery through programme management, reporting, resource planning, and delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain baseline and detailed project programmes.
  • Develop work breakdown structures, activity schedules, logic, and critical paths.
  • Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify delays.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead programmes.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor procurement, material delivery, and manpower requirements.
  • Prepare recovery programmes and delay or extension-of-time supporting documentation.
  • Maintain progress, delay, and project risk registers.
  • Prepare manpower and resource histograms.
  • Support project management and commercial teams with programme and delay analysis.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of planning experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Good Excel and project reporting skills.
  • Experience in civil, MEP, fit-out, or turnkey projects.
  • Good understanding of construction sequencing, progress measurement, and critical path analysis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 5,000 per month.

Work Location

  • The role is performed in person.
