Role Overview
Hiring a Site Engineer – Plumbing with strong UAE experience in MEP contracting.
The role covers plumbing installation, supervision, and execution for high-rise buildings, villas, residential projects, and commercial projects in the UAE.
The position requires understanding of local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
- Ensure work follows approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Review drawings and support implementation using AutoCAD.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning, including pressure testing and flushing.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues and provide technical support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience, with UAE MEP contracting experience mandatory.
- Experience with high-rise building projects, villas and residential developments, and commercial buildings.
