Role Overview
The role covers quality assurance and quality control for electrical systems across high-rise buildings, villas, residential developments, and commercial projects.
The candidate must have hands-on expertise in UAE MEP contracting and knowledge of UAE authority standards and project quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for electrical works on site.
- Inspect electrical installations including cable laying, containment, panels, lighting, and ELV systems.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality plans.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and ITPs.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct testing and commissioning inspections for electrical systems.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, and close-out documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, including DEWA, ADDC, and Civil Defense requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience, with UAE MEP contracting experience mandatory.
- Proven experience in high-rise buildings, villas and residential developments, and commercial projects.

- The role is performed in person.
