Emac Electromechanical LLC is seeking a senior MEP Coordination Draftsman to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drafting and coordination for projects.
The role requires a strong background in MEP design and coordination, exceptional drafting skills, and familiarity with industry standards and codes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of MEP draftsmen and coordinators to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and review MEP drawings for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with disciplines to resolve design clashes and conflicts.
- Implement BIM processes for efficient coordination.
- Conduct site visits to verify as-built conditions and solve field-related issues.
- Keep up to date with industry and technology developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP drafting and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation, and operation.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, and relevant industry codes and standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
