Role Overview
Coordinate switchgear projects across clients, consultants, engineering, production, procurement, testing, commissioning, and site teams.
Ensure projects meet approved specifications, quality requirements, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, purchase orders, approved drawings, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and technical submittals through preparation and approval.
- Follow up on procurement, production schedules, manufacturing progress, and project milestones.
- Coordinate technical queries, approvals, FAT arrangements, and customer or consultant inspections.
- Follow up on delivery, dispatch, installation, and site requirements.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Track RFIs, NCRs, approvals, and pending actions.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and maintain communication with customers and internal departments.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Knowledge of switchgear project specifications, purchase orders, approved drawings, and technical requirements.
- Ability to coordinate technical submittals, approvals, procurement, production, testing, delivery, and site activities.
