Responsibilities
- Lead interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed use projects
- Develop mood boards, space planning studies, material palettes, and design narratives
- Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and oversee detailed interior design documentation including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, joinery details, and schedules
- Lead production of Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) packages
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and BIM teams
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock ups for compliance with design intent
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures; prepare FF&E schedules
- Review and coordinate interior design deliverables within a Revit/BIM environment
- Ensure designs comply with UAE authority regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections and provide design clarifications during construction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
- 8–12 years of experience in Interior Design within an architectural consultancy or similar firm
- Strong portfolio of completed residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed use projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Revit with ability to review and coordinate BIM based projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D visualization tools
- Experience with FF&E specifications and schedules
- Strong understanding of joinery detailing and interior construction documentation
- Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and submission procedures
- UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Designer for one of our Dubai based multidisciplinary architecture and engineering clients founded in 2005.
- The successful candidate will lead interior design projects from concept development through construction documentation and site execution, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
- This role is focused on design leadership, project coordination, and BIM/Revit oversight rather than hands on modelling.
- Salary: 20 30K AED (depending on the exp level)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed use projects.
- Develop mood boards, space planning studies, material palettes, and design narratives.
- Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and oversee detailed interior design documentation including floor plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs), interior elevations and sections, joinery and custom furniture details, and material and finish schedules.
- Lead the production of Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) packages.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and BIM teams.
- Participate in client, consultant, and contractor coordination meetings.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock ups for compliance with design intent.
- Support project managers in maintaining design quality throughout project execution.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures; prepare FF&E schedules and design specifications.
- Ensure selections align with project budgets, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in Interior Design within an architectural consultancy, interior design consultancy, or multidisciplinary design firm.
- Strong portfolio of completed residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed use projects.
- UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit with the ability to review and coordinate BIM based projects.
