Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and customers.
- Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for loading and dispatch.
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is required.
- Two to three years of experience in logistics and shipment handling is required.
- Experience in import/export and shipping documentation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
- UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
