Responsibilities
- Drive Services sales growth across major Oil & Gas accounts in Qatar
- Manage full sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal, negotiation, closure
- Build strong relationships across engineering, operations, and leadership levels
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline across the Services portfolio
- Leverage SCMS knowledge to identify upgrades, modernization, and digital opportunities
- Collaborate with tendering, execution, and technical teams for successful delivery
Requirements
- 5–10 years in Services Sales, Technical Sales, or Oil & Gas industry
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
- Strong understanding of services, maintenance, and lifecycle solutions of Electrical Distribution Systems
- Knowledge of SCMS, substation automation, or power systems
- Solid knowledge of Protection relays and protection concepts, Power quality fundamentals, Power monitoring and metering architectures
- Experience on Electrical Distribution Equipment’s MV .LV Systems
- Strong customer engagement and relationship building
- Commercially driven and results oriented
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles
- GCC experience preferred

Role Overview

What We’re Looking For
