Role Overview

  • At the Heavy Industries segment, we build and prescribe at very early stages of the projects our unique value proposition to electrify and decarbonise the Gas & Offshore segment.
  • Reporting to the Global Gas & Offshore Business Leader, this role drives early customer engagement at Pre FEED and FEED stages for LNG & Gas Processing.

Your Mission

  • Lead the global LNG & Gas Processing sub segment strategy, driving growth through electrification, digitalization, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for LNG & Gas Processing, developing and communicating the segment’s Unique Value Proposition (UVP).
  • Establish and lead a cross functional global collaboration network involving Business Units, Regions, and key stakeholders.
  • Support Global Strategic Accounts and Regional Accounts in identifying and developing opportunities.
  • Engage with customers and industry partners to co develop innovative solutions.
  • Drive pipeline creation and early project engagement, working closely with pre sales and prescription teams.
  • Collaborate with target regions and Lines of Business to identify priority customers.
  • Monitor market trends, investment projects, and industry developments.

Your Profile

  • Master degree of Engineering or Business or other, along sales experience, with at least 5 years of experience in consulting sales, engineering, product support and project sales.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Gas & Offshore segment.
  • Proven exposure to large, complex industrial projects.

Your Competencies

  • Focus on Customer. Understand and anticipate LNG and Gas Processing customer’s needs, applications and values.
  • Communication ability and skills to interact with C level management and with remote teams.
  • Demonstrated team player attitude.
  • Global account management and Strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross BUs cross countries process globally.
  • Ability to take leadership in global program management.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language.
  • Cross Cultural Ability to understand, appreciate and work with multi cultural internal and external organizations.
  • Ethic and honor.
