NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant and Lead Developer for its Delhi team.
The role leads complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions with a focus on technical expertise and digital transformation.
The position is listed as full-time and on-site as required.
Key responsibilities
- Lead scalable CSM solution design and delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and industry practices.
- Provide hands-on expertise across Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
- Apply knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.
- Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance, and third-party platforms.
- Use REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with CRM, ERP, financial, and external application systems.
- Oversee interoperability and seamless data flow across platforms.
- Apply ITSM processes mapped to ITIL standards.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of ServiceNow experience and 4 years of CSM experience.
- At least 2 years of successful enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience.
- CIS-CSM certification is required.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Location and work arrangement
- The position is based in Delhi, Delhi, India.
- The role specifies on-site work as required.
