Project Manager - Power Apps

Role Overview

Program and Delivery Leadership

• Manage the integrated plan across design, development, migration, testing, and go-live.
• Drive critical milestones and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate business, technology, and vendor organizations.
• Track schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.

Stakeholder and Agile Management

• Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate status reviews, executive updates, steering committee meetings, and decisions.
• Maintain RAID logs, change control, and project reporting.
• Manage backlog priorities, sprint execution, releases, and dependencies using Azure DevOps.

Validation and Go-Live

• Support delivery within a regulated GxP/CSV environment.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and migration readiness.
• Lead cutover planning and production deployment activities.
• Ensure transition into operational support.

Technology Environment

• Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Oracle EBS and JD Edwards.
• Azure DevOps and Salesforce for a future-state integration.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• 7+ years managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, execution oversight, and digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage distributed teams across locations and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences, clinical research, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and CSV validation processes.
• Microsoft Power Platform project experience.
• Oracle EBS or JD Edwards integration experience.
• Azure DevOps proficiency and experience with vendor transitions, migrations, or consulting engagements.

Compensation

• The posting states compensation of CAD 60 to CAD 70 per hour.
• The compensation text refers to U.S.-based positions despite the Ottawa, Canada role location.
