Project Overview
Senior Developers will support migration of historical financial data from a legacy UNISYS mainframe environment to a secure, scalable, and user-friendly archival solution.
The role supports data quality, reporting, performance, governance, and long-term data retention requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and translate business and technical requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze legacy and source-system data and develop data models, mappings, business rules, and data structures.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL and ETL processes for migration, transformation, and archival.
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and visualizations.
- Develop business intelligence and ad hoc reporting solutions.
- Integrate solutions with applications, databases, and other data sources.
- Develop validation, reconciliation, error-handling, and quality assurance processes.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
- Support APIs, embedded analytics, reporting integrations, and related data services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on data quality, governance, reporting, and retention requirements.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including architecture, mappings, workflows, specifications, and support procedures.
- Support deployment, training, knowledge transfer, transition to support, and continuous improvement.
