Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
• Provide hands-on expertise across Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Manage CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms.
• Use REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM, ERP, financial, and external application platforms.
• Oversee interoperability and seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog in line with ITIL standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• The role requires 3–4 years of ServiceNow experience and at least 2 years of CSM experience.
• Candidates must have a proven record of successful enterprise ServiceNow implementations, including at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• CIS-CSM certification is required.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is required.
• The role requires communication, presentation, stakeholder management, independent work, and prioritization skills.
