About the Role
Guardian Fire & Safety seeks a Service Engineer for fire protection systems in Abu Dhabi. You will manage AMC contracts, supervise maintenance, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with UAE fire codes.

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Fire & Life Safety AMC contracts in line with service level agreements.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across sites.
- Conduct inspection, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification of fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with ADCD regulations, NFPA standards, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
- Lead and support site technicians to achieve performance, quality, and response time targets.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection documentation, quotations, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Attend emergency call outs and ensure timely restoration of critical systems.
- Identify system improvement opportunities, upgrades, and additional service requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems maintenance or service operations
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Suppression, Emergency Lighting, and Central Battery Systems
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting, testing, inspection, and commissioning activities
- Good understanding of ADCD requirements and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code
- Strong communication, reporting, and client coordination skills
- UAE Driving License

Role Overview
- Guardian Fire & Safety is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer – Fire Protection Systems to support our expanding maintenance operations across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- The role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring system reliability, compliance with standards, and delivering high quality service across multiple fire protection systems.
