About the Role
Lead the development of permanent visual merchandising materials for the brand across all markets.
Own the aesthetic, technical, and operational consistency of visual merchandising devices.
Report to the Head of Visual Merchandising and Design.
Furniture development is outside the scope of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop permanent point-of-sale materials, displays, and signage in line with brand identity.
- Manage prototyping, sampling, and costing through final production-ready specifications.
- Build visual merchandising guidelines for local teams and distribution partners.
- Oversee field implementation and compliance with brand standards.
- Assess market needs and adapt applications to local constraints.
- Manage projects from concept through prototyping, costing, production, and deployment.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors and balance aesthetics, feasibility, cost, and logistics.
- Contribute to the permanent visual merchandising strategy.
Profile and Competencies
- Degree in design, interior architecture, or architecture with a retail design specialization or strong affinity.
