The Sales Administrator manages day-to-day sales operations, coordinates with global partners, and supports supply chain and warehouse processes.
The role supports cross-functional teams and operational efficiency through order management, reporting, inventory, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers to resolve customer and order-related issues.
- Coordinate with global distributors and sales partners.
- Prepare purchase orders for in-house transactions.
- Manage inventory planning, replenishment, packing, and shipment preparation with relevant teams.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping to meet global delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and work with 3PL providers to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, analysis, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product Teams on operational workflows.
Profile and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or supply chain coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business ByDesign.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, and 3PL coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
