Provides operational and administrative support to the Travel Retail team across the MEA scope.
Acts as a link between retail partners and Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, and other internal departments.
Supports order execution, sales performance follow-up, and trade and retail activation tools.
Order management and sales back-office
- Follow up daily on client orders and coordinate logistics execution for on-time delivery.
- Monitor product allocations based on commercial priorities and stock levels.
- Update sales and delivery dashboards.
- Interface daily with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
Sales support and B2B relations
- Serve as the main operational contact for retail partners.
- Share and monitor information about novelties, launches, prices, and assortments.
- Track sell-in and sell-out performance with field sales teams.
- Support retailer listings and assortment updates.
- Prepare presentations for customer meetings, business reviews, and internal management.
- Support forecasting and commercial planning exercises.
Trade marketing and retail animation
- Coordinate requests for POS materials, testers, samples, and visual merchandising tools.
- Support retail animation plans, windows, corners, retail events, and visual materials.
- Monitor launch performance and promotional activations.
Incentives and Beauty Advisor operations
- Prepare monthly commission calculations and validate incentive calculations for Beauty Advisors.
- Consolidate sell-out data, monitor incentive KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate the Beauty Advisor network across the MEA region.
- Manage monthly schedules, cover-up rosters, rotations, and the Beauty Advisor database.
Profile and competencies
- Higher education degree in business or an equivalent Bachelor's or Master's qualification.
- Excellent organization, time management, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, analytical mindset, and autonomy.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and dashboards.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in perfume, beauty, or luxury, is a plus.
- Experience with international distributors and Travel Retail partners is a plus.
