About the Role
The Legal Intern will join the Legal department and work directly with all members of the Legal team.
The role operates in a multidisciplinary context covering corporate, contracts, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contractual needs through auditing, drafting, and reviewing contracts.
- Support intellectual property and brand protection matters.
- Prepare training materials for the structuring of the Legal department.
- Provide support on litigation, regulatory, corporate, and other legal matters.
Role-Specific Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulousness are required.
- Proactivity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are required.
- A good level of written English is required.
- French is a plus.
Desired Background and Experience
- A Master's degree in business law or a Bachelor's degree in law focused on commercial contracts is required.
- Initial professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of an international company is required.
